Hospital de Jove Foundation was interested in installing a Time&Attendance and HR management system, for its nearly 600 employees. Therefore, it commissioned Ecocomputer SL the implementation of its solution ACTAIS® TA+ ACTAIS® WFM.
ACTAIS® TA is the time&attendance management application, and ACTAIS® WFM is the application that adds a layer of control over the needs of human resources in a Hospital, or enterprise.
Both are modular, fully customizable and expansible, according to the Clients requirements.
In Hospital de Jove project, the main modules installed were:
- Employee Site: It allows Hospital de Jove employees to manage their requests, permissions, exchange of turns, and check the status of approval. The approval is multi-level and customizable for each type of application.
- Shift and coverage management: it allows the definition of the employee shifts and their work schedule, from usual to very complex scenarios. It also defines the coverage of each department, area, or floor, within Hospital de Jove, i.e., the number of employees who must be present every day, in such a way that the application generates alerts when there is a default.
- Collective bargaining agreement management: It allows to manage specific variables for different groups within Hospital de Jove (doctors, nurses, orderlies, etc.): annual work hours, holidays, etc.
- Reports: it allows to Hospital de Jove management personnel to get customized reports and statistics.
In addition, two integrations were performed as part of the project: one, with identity management service, and other, with payroll software.
Finally, the "turnkey" project included: the installation of terminals, the manufacturing of ID cards, the initial load of data, and the training sessions to the system managers.
